Phase 3: Project Management

The third phase in the BBBE model is Project Management. It is during this phase when you will map out and make decisions on how you will implement your new systems and processes to better meet your business needs and goals! Project management is ALL about ACTION and Execution! You will begin to put into effect all of the plans that were developed during the strategic planning and business analysis phases. The Project Management phase is broken up into the following 4 steps:

Policies & Procedures

During this step, each newly revamped process will be captured in an official Policy & Procedure manual that you can use for training & consistency purposes. These manuals will include the necessary tools, software, & team members that need to be used to make the process successful.

Schedules & Timelines

During this step, each newly revamped process will be captured in an official Policy & Procedure manual that you can use for training & consistency purposes. These manuals will include the necessary tools, software, & team members that need to be used to make the process successful.

Team Plan

During this step, you will determine your team plan: re-identifying roles & responsibilities, hiring new talent, new leadership responsibilities, & new training requirements.

Budget Plans

During this step, you will determine the budget you have & need to implement your new plan. You will decide how much funds you want & need to allocate towards specific areas of your business.
